Forensic science

Forensic science is becoming very popular, but few people seem to have a concrete knowledge of this division of science.

Forensic Anthropology:

These experts retrieve, search and analyze the body, in order to check the identity of unidentified victims. They can deal with the decomposing body or skeletons, burned, mummified or request parameters otherwise unrecognizable corpse, such as age at death, height, sex, or ancestry. Other estimates, as a form of death and the time since death was also performed. They are concentrated in the deaths, but also when the result of suicide, accident, or violations of human rights or mass disasters.

Forensic Pathology:

These are also known as doctors. Normally, the body perform autopsies to determine the identity and cause of death. Autopsies are performed when the death is sudden and unexpected, as in the case of homicides, accidents, suicide or some other tragedy.

Forensic dentistry and forensic dentistry: dental specialist in the use of evidence to determine the identity. Dental remains are often useful in cases of disasters or a large number of deaths.
